About NaTCA

The National Communications Authority (NatCA) is Sierra Leone’s independent regulator for the ICT and telecommunications sector. NatCA licenses operators, manages radio spectrum and numbering resources, and oversees tariffs and quality-of-service standards.

It protects consumers through clear rights, complaint handling, and dispute resolution, while promoting fair competition and innovation.

The authority runs public consultations, publishes notices, guidelines, and industry reports, and partners with government, operators, and civil society to expand affordable, reliable connectivity nationwide.
